1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience slight delays.

4. Shipping Charges A flat shipping fee is applied to all orders at checkout, regardless of order size or weight. The applicable charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across eligible pin codes in India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order through our shipping partner's website.

7. Delays & Exceptions Peharaav is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Peharaav is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
